The ROCS Group is growing and we are looking to hire cashiers to join our retail teams at INGLOT. With shops in Sliema, Mosta, and Tigné Point, we are looking for individuals who will embrace the challenge of retail sales and deliver excellent customer service every time.
Being organized, responsible, extremely customer service oriented, and wanting to work in some of the most prestigious locations on the island is the first step to joining our retail team!

You must also possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Be knowledgeable in basic arithmetic
• Have a good standard of computer literacy
• Be well spoken in both English and Maltese
• Be able to communicate professionally with a wide range of people in person, over the telephone, and via email
• Be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative
• Responsibly handle and count cash
• Have the confidence to sell and market products to customers
• Be able to pay attention to accuracy and detail
• Have a minimum of an O’ Level standard of education
• Be honest, responsible, and reliable
Cerinte
Previous experience will be considered an asset, but is not required as training will be provided.

The key responsibilities of this post include:
• Receiving payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, and change due to customers
• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change available
• Greeting customers entering establishments
• Answering the telephone in a professional mannerMaintaining clean and orderly checkout areas
• Establishing or identifying prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulating bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners

Employment conditions:
We are offering the possibility to work full-time on a 4- or 5-day week, and the opportunity to earn as from €1000 a month +commission +overtime.
