⭕ BDO Romania recruits Human Resources Officer for one of its international client.

Fokker Engineering Romania SRL (FER) is a 100% subsidiary of Fokker Technologies, part of GKN Aerospace, one of the largest tier 1 Aerospace suppliers in the world, with 54 factories around the world andemployees. FER is active in the conceptual design, full scale development, sustaining and certification of light-weight Aerostructures (composites + metals). The office in Bucharest consists out of 40 well experienced MSc. engineers and is considered as the second largest engineering hub for Fokker. Fokker in the Netherlands is the sole customer for FER and there is extensive intercompany interaction.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

-Monitor the correct application of all company regulations on staff resources and external regulations;

-Advice to the management on development in various HR areas;

-To guide and advise employees, during appraisal rounds, career development/mid-year reviews and management development;

- Collaborates with external companies regarding Accounting and HR activities;

- Manage FER Training program: coordinate and implement yearly training calendar;

- Maintain workforce knowledge and skills according to DOM;

-Timely signal and indicate the necessity for training;

-Together with FER management target group and goal of a training;

-Receives and records all invoices received, issued and sent all contracts at the end of the month;

-Implementation and maintenance of safety, health and evacuation procedures (work and fire protection);

-Check salaries at the end of the month and send salary information to external companies;

-Manages the correct working schedule preparation;

-Inserts all information into dashboards;

-Watch out for each employees free days, medical leave;

-Become part of management team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

-Very well organized and result-oriented person;

-People-oriented person;

- Knowledge about the local labor law (preferred);

-Understanding the tools / systems used to manage staff;

-Consultancy and counseling skills;

-Understanding the organizational structure and internal relationships (including communications, information and meeting structures);

-Proficient use of English (both written and spoken);

-Knowledge of PC operation and installed programs.
