Responsabilitati / Realizari

•Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system;
•Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues;
•Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary;
•Data extraction and processing
•Monthly reports
