⭕ We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
What does a Customer Service Representative do?

A customer service representative or CSR will act as a liaison, provide product / service information and resolve any emerging issues that our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicating. They love to have happy customers for long term. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can collect that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident in troubleshooting and investigate if they do not have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

•Manage large amounts of incoming e-mails, messages
•Generate sales leads
•Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
•Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods / tools
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
•Keep records of customer requirements and contact the responsible persons on our UK / CZ facilities for to identify fast and optimal solve solutions for B2C clients
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
•Take the extra mile to engage customers and keep customers happy
•Achieve and maintain high level of seller performances on the B2C platforms
•Some further responsibilities related to our B2C platforms management will be also included in a later stage (proper training to be provided in site)

Requirements:

•Language skills:
oEnglish: Medium/ high level.
oGerman: Medium level (mainly written skills)
•Some customer support experience.
•Track record of over-achieving quota
•Strong messages handling skills and active listening
•Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
•Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•High school degree
